* Trout fillet – 160 g
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon (3 g)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g
* Lemon slice – 1 pc. (10 g)

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Place the fillet in a baking dish.
* Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Place a lemon slice on top.
* Bake until the fish is soft and flakes apart easily.
