 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Cod fillet – 250 g
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
* Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper

 **PREPARATION:**

* Pat the cod dry and brush with olive oil.
* Sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
* Bake for 12–14 minutes at 180°C in a Airfryer.

*Oven:*  
Bake for 18–20 minutes at 190°C.

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN

  • Sprinkle the cod with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence on both sides.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

  • Place the cod fillet in the pan.

  • Fry for 3-4 minutes on one side, until the fish is cooked through.

  • Gently flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the fillet is tender and juicy.
