Herb-roasted turkey

**INGREDIENTS:**

* Turkey fillet – 200 g
* Clarified butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Garlic – 1/2 clove
* Herbes de Provence – 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper – to taste

 **PREPARATION – OVEN:**

* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Rub the turkey with butter, garlic and herbs.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake for 25 minutes, until the meat is tender and juicy.

 **PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Prepare the turkey as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
* After 10 minutes, turn the meat over.
