Ingredients:
* Kale – a large handful (approx. 40 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – to taste
PPREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Tear the kale leaves into smaller pieces.
* Remove the tough stems.
* Mix the kale with the olive oil and salt.
* Bake at 180°C for 4–5 minutes, until the leaves are wilted. crispy.
PREPARATION - OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Place the kale on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 6-8 minutes, checking to make sure it doesn't burn.
PREPARATION - FRYING PAN:
* Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
* Add the kale mixed with olive oil and salt.
* Roast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until crispy.
