Ingredients:
* almond flour – 200 g
* eggs – 3 pcs. (180 g)
* mascarpone – 100 g
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
* sesame – 10 g

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix all ingredients except sesame until thick Dough
* Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts
* Shape the rolls with wet hands
* Sprinkle with sesame seeds
* Bake at 180°C for 22–25 minutes until golden brown
