* Avocado – 1/2 pc. (120 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Sunflower seeds – 1 tablespoon (10 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Dice the avocado.
* Place the arugula in a bowl.
* Add the avocado and Drizzle with olive oil.
* Mix gently.
* Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
* Season with salt and pepper.
