Keto cauliflower pizza

1 pizza
1 pizza β 400 g
Exclusions:
No meat β’ No nuts
Ingredients:
* cauliflower β 300 g
* egg β 1 pc. (60 g)
* mozzarella β 80 g
* tomato paste β 2 tablespoons (40 g)
* oregano β 1/2 teaspoon
* salt β to taste
PREPARATION β OVEN:
* Cauliflower Grate it or blend it in a blender.
* Fry it in a dry pan for about 5 minutes to evaporate the water.
* Mix with the egg and half of the cheese.
* Form a round base on baking paper.
* Bake at 200Β°C for 15 minutes.
* Spread with tomato paste, add the rest of the cheese and oregano.
* Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
