1 pizza ≈ 450 g

Ingredients:
* mozzarella – 200 g
* almond flour – 80 g
* egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* tomato paste – 2 tablespoons (40 g)
* oregano – 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Melt the mozzarella in the microwave or in a pan.
* Mix with the almond flour and egg.
* Roll out the dough between baking paper.
* Bake at 200°C for 10–12 minutes.
* Spread with tomato paste and sprinkle with oregano.
* Bake for another 5–6 minutes.
