1 doughnut ≈ 50 g

Ingredients:
* coconut flour – 50 g
* eggs – 3 pcs. (180 g)
* cream 30% – 80 ml
* erythritol – 40 g
* cocoa – 10 g
* baking powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix ingredients until thick
* pour the mixture into silicone donut molds
* bake at 180°C for 16–18 min

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* fill the molds
* bake at 170°C for 13–15 min
