Ingredients:
* almond flour – 110 g
* eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* mascarpone – 70 g
* erythritol – 40 g
* cinnamon – 1 g
* baking powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix ingredients until smooth
* place in silicone baking cups donut tins
* bake at 180°C for 15–18 min

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* fill the tins
* bake at 170°C for 12–14 min
