Ingredients:
* almond flour – 250 g
* eggs – 4 pcs. (240 g)
* mascarpone – 150 g
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Mix all ingredients into a thick, uniform dough
* Place in a baking tin lined with baking paper
* Smooth the top with a wet spoon
* Bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes
* Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing
