Portion:

1 slice ≈ 80 g
Ingredients:
* semi-fat cottage cheese – 400 g
* eggs – 4 pcs. (240 g)
* ground flaxseed – 120 g
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* olive oil – 40 ml
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* blend cottage cheese with eggs and olive oil until smooth
* add flaxseed, baking powder and salt
* place in a baking tin lined with parchment paper
* bake at 180°C for 50–55 min
* let cool for at least 40 min before slicing
