Keto dairy-free flaxseed rolls

8 rolls
1 roll ≈ 75 g

Ingredients:
* ground flaxseed – 180 g
* eggs – 4 pcs. (240 g)
* olive oil – 60 ml
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
* warm water – 120 ml

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix all ingredients into a thick dough
* set aside for 5–7 minutes to allow the flaxseed to absorb the liquid.
* Divide into 8 pieces and form rolls.
* Bake at 180°C for 28–30 minutes until firm.
