Ingredients:
* coconut flour – 160 g
* eggs – 5 pcs. (300 g)
* coconut oil – 80 g
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* warm water – 200 ml
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix the eggs with melted coconut oil
* add coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and water
* set aside for 5–7 minutes to thicken
* transfer to a baking tin lined with parchment paper
* bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes
* let cool completely before slicing
