Ingredients:
* semi-fat cottage cheese – 300 g
* eggs – 3 pcs. (180 g)
* coconut flour – 80 g
* baking powder – 1 tablespoon (12 g)
* salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
* ground flaxseed – 20 g

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* blend the cottage cheese with eggs until smooth
* add coconut flour, baking powder, salt and flaxseed
* set aside for 5 minutes to thicken
* divide into 8 parts and form rolls
* bake at 180°C for 25–28 minutes
