Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Almond flour – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
* Mascarpone – 1 tbsp. (20 g)
* Cinnamon – a pinch
* Butter – for frying (5 g)

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Place the eggs, almond flour, mascarpone, and cinnamon in a bowl.
* Mix thoroughly until smooth.
* Heat the pan and add a small amount of butter.
* Fry thin pancakes over low heat, 1-2 minutes on each side.
