* Mascarpone – 1 tablespoon (20 g)
* Erythritol – 1/2 teaspoon
* Butter – 1/2 teaspoon (5 g)

 **PREPARATION:**

* Mix the egg with the mascarpone and erythritol.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Pour in a thin layer of the mixture.
* Fry over low heat for 1–2 minutes on each side.
