Ingredients:
* egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* grated mozzarella – 80 g
* coconut flour – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* tomato paste – 1 tablespoon (20 g)
* oregano – a pinch
* olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* In a bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella and coconut flour.
* Heat a pan with olive oil.
* Pour the mixture and spread it out like a pancake.
* Fry for about 3-4 minutes over low heat.
* Spread with tomato paste and sprinkle with oregano.
* Cover the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
