**INGREDIENTS:**

* Beef steak – 250 g
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
* Rosemary – 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper

 **PREPARATIONAirfryer:**

* Rub the steak with olive oil and spices.
* Bake for 10–12 minutes at 200°C in the airfryer.
* Let stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing.

*Oven:*  
Bake for 12-15 min at 220°C.
