* cream 30% – 120 ml
* erythritol – 40 g
* baking powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* vanilla – a few drops
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* mix all ingredients until smooth
* Set aside for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly. * Pour into silicone donut molds. * Bake at 180°C for 16–18 min.

* Fill silicone molds.
* Bake at 170°C for 13–15 min.
