Ingredients:
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Lemon – 1/2 pc. (juice)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon (1 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Pat the chicken fillet dry with a paper towel.
* Season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
* Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
* Place in an ovenproof dish.
* Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, until the meat is juicy and lightly browned.

AIRFRYER PREPARATION:
* Season the chicken as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C, without adding fat.
