Mascarpone & blueberry crepes

Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Mascarpone – 1 tbsp. (20 g)
* Almond flour – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
* Blueberries – a few pcs. (20 g)
* Butter – 1 tsp. (5 g)

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* In a bowl, mix the eggs, mascarpone, and almond flour until smooth.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Fry thin pancakes over low-medium heat for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
* Transfer to a plate and add blueberries on top.

PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180°C for 8 minutes.
* Remove and garnish with blueberries.
