Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Mascarpone – 1 tablespoon (25 g)
* Almond flour – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Cinnamon – a pinch
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Put all ingredients in a bowl.
* Mix until smooth.
* Heat a frying pan with butter over low heat.
* Fry small eggs 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER (optional):
* Pour the batter into silicone molds.
* Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
* Remove and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
