* Mascarpone – 1 tbsp. (20 g)
* Cocoa – 1 tsp. (5 g)
* Butter – 1 tsp. (5 g)
* Erythritol – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Crack the eggs into a bowl.
* Add the mascarpone, cocoa, and erythritol.
* Mix thoroughly until smooth.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Fry small pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
