Minced meat & vegetable bake
**Dinner • Meat • up to 30 min • Oven • Airfryer**
Sugar-free • Gluten-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Minced meat – 200 g
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Onion – 1/2 pc. (60 g)
* Cheese – 50 g
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Fry the minced meat in a pan.
* Add the bell pepper and onion, fry for 3-4 minutes.
* Transfer to a bowl ovenproof dish.
* Sprinkle with cheese.
* Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Fry the meat and vegetables as above.
* Transfer to the Airfryer pan.
* Bake at 180°C for 12–14 minutes.
* Add the cheese and bake for another 4–5 minutes.
