Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (110 g)
* Fresh spinach – 40 g
* Bacon – 40 g
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g
* Silicone molds – 4 pcs.

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Beat the eggs in a bowl.
* Add the chopped spinach and bacon.
* Season with salt and pepper. pepper.
* Pour the mixture into the molds.
* Bake until the omelets are set and lightly browned.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Prepare the egg mixture as above.
* Pour the mixture into the silicone molds.
* Place the molds in the airfryer basket.
* Bake until the omelets are set and colored.
