Ingredients:
* Fresh salmon (chopped) – 200 g
* Egg – 1 pc. (approx. 55 g)
* Mustard – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g
* Fresh dill – 10 g
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Transfer chopped salmon into a bowl.
* Add the egg, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
* Mix thoroughly.
* Form small burgers.
* Grease the airfryer basket with olive oil.
* Bake until the burgers are golden brown and firm.
