Mushrooms stuffed with halloumi

🧾 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Mushrooms – 4 large (approx. 250 g)
* Halloumi cheese – 50 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Spices – to taste

**PREPARATION – OVEN:**

* Preheat oven to 190°C.
* Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
* Cut the halloumi into small cubes.
* Fill the mushroom caps with cheese.
* Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.

**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**

* Prepare the mushrooms as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 190°C for 10–12 minutes.
* Check the degree of browning after 10 minutes.
