Oyster mushroom burgers with cheese

**INGREDIENTS:**

* Beef burgers – 2 pcs. (approx. 250 g)
* Oyster mushrooms – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Cheese – 2 slices (40 g)
* Butter – 10 g
* Spices – to taste

 **PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:**

* Heat a frying pan with butter.
* Fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side. sides.
* Fry the oyster mushrooms in a separate pan.
* Put cheese on the hot burgers and cover for 1 minute.
* Serve with the oyster mushroom on top.

**PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Place the burgers in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
* Turn after 6 minutes.
* Add the cheese for the last 2 minutes.
* Fry the oyster mushrooms separately or bake together for 5 minutes.
