 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Chicken fillet – 400 g
* Grated Parmesan – 50 g
* Egg – 1 pc
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
* Salt, pepper

**PREPARATION:**

* Cut the chicken into strips.
* Beat the egg in a bowl.
* Dip the meat in the egg, coat in the Parmesan.
* Bake for 15–18 min in 180°C in an airfryer.

*Oven:*  
Bake for 25 min at 200°C.
