* Peanut butter 100% – 1 cup (250 g)
* Erythritol – 2 tablespoons (30 g)
* Egg – 1 pc. (55 g)
* Salt – a pinch (0.5 g)

 PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Put all ingredients in a bowl.
* Mix thoroughly until smooth.
* Form small cookies.
* Place on a baking tray and gently flatten.
* Bake until golden brown.
* Cool until hard.
