Pork loin in cream sauce with broccoli

Ingredients:
* Pork loin – 1 slice (150 g)
* Broccoli – 100 g
* Cream 30% – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cook the broccoli al dente (approx. 6 minutes) and drain.
* Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
* In a frying pan Heat the butter.
* Fry the pork loin for 2 minutes on each side.
* Add the broccoli and pour in the cream.
* Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes over low heat.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
* Transfer the meat, broccoli, and cream to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* After removing, gently stir the sauce.
