Pork loin in herb sauce

**INGREDIENTS:**
* Pork loin – 1 slice (120 g)
* Cream – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
* Butter – 10 g
* Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper – to taste
**PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:**
* Sprinkle the pork loin with salt and pepper.
* Heat a pan with butter.
* Fry the pork loin 2–3 minutes on each side.
* Add herbs and cream.
* Simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and herbs.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
* Add cream and mix.
* Bake for another 5–7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
