Ingredients:
* Portobello mushrooms – 2 pcs (200 g)
* Mozzarella cheese – 80 g
* Garlic – 1 clove (5 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g

 PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
* Chop the garlic and mix with the olive oil.
* Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic.
* Place the mozzarella on top.
* Bake until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.
