* Cream 30% – 100 ml
* Butter – 15 g
* Garlic – 2 cloves (10 g)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the frying pan and melt the butter.
* Add the garlic and fry briefly until fragrant.
* Add the shrimp and fry briefly on both sides.
* Add the cream and heat gently.
* Season with salt and pepper.
