Roasted aubergine with garlic

🧾 **INGREDIENTS:**
* Eggplant – 1/2 pc. (250 g)
* Garlic – 2 cloves
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Spices – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Preheat oven to 190°C.
* Slice the eggplant.
* Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
* Bake for 20 minutes.
* Add chopped garlic.
* Bake for another 5 minutes.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Slice the eggplant and drizzle with olive oil.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 190°C for 15–18 minutes.
* Add the garlic for the last 4–5 minutes.
