* Butter – 20 g
* Dried thyme – 0.5 tsp (1 g)
* Dried rosemary – 0.5 tsp (1 g)

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Cut the onion in half.
* Spread with butter and season with spices.
* Place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
* Bake until the onion is soft and lightly caramelized.
