Ingredients:
* Avocado – 1/2 pc. (120 g)
* Feta cheese – 30 g
* Arugula – a handful (20 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Lemon juice – to taste

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Dice the avocado.
* Place in a bowl with the arugula.
* Add crumbled feta.
* Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
* Mix gently.
* Serve immediately after preparation.
