Ingredients:
* Smoked salmon – 50 g
* Cucumber – 1/2 pc. (100 g)
* Lettuce – a few leaves (30 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Lemon juice – to taste

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Cut the salmon into strips.
* Cut the cucumber into thin half-slices.
* Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces.
* Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
* Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, mix gently.
