Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Avocado – 1/2 pcs. (120 g)
* Cheese – 20 g
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the frying pan and add the butter.
* Crack the eggs and fry over low heat, stirring gently.
* When the eggs start to set, add the grated cheese.
* Stir until creamy.
* Serve with avocado slices.
