Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Bacon – 2 slices (40 g)
* Onion – 1/4 pcs. (40 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
* Add finely chopped onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. minutes, until softened.
* Add the butter.
* Crack in the eggs and mix gently until soft, creamy.
* Season with salt and pepper.
AIRFRYER PREPARATION:
* Place the bacon and onion in a small ovenproof dish.
* Bake for 5 minutes at 170°C.
* Add the eggs, mix.
* Bake for another 3 minutes, until the eggs are set.
