Ingredients:
* Smoked salmon – 50 g
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Lettuce – a few leaves (30 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Lemon juice – a few drops

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Hard-boil the egg (8–9 minutes), let it cool and peel.
* Cut the egg into quarters.
* Arrange the lettuce on a plate.
* Add Salmon and egg.
* Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
