* Canned tuna – 1/2 can (60 g drained)
* Lettuce – a handful
* Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt, pepper – to taste

**PREPARATION:**

* Hard-boil the egg and cut it into pieces.
* Drain the tuna.
* Transfer the ingredients to a bowl.
* Add mayonnaise and spices.
* Mix gently and serve immediately.
