Tuna & pickle salad

Ingredients:
* Canned tuna – 1/2 can (60 g drained)
* Pickled cucumber – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Herbes de Provence – a pinch

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Drain the tuna.
* Finely chop the pickled cucumber. diced.
* Combine the tuna and cucumber in a bowl.
* Add mayonnaise and spices.
* Mix thoroughly.
* Serve chilled.
