Ingredients:
* Canned tuna – 1/2 can (approx. 60 g drained)
* Arugula – a handful (20 g)
* Cucumber – 1/2 pc. (100 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Lemon juice – a few drops
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION:
* Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
* Drain tuna.
* Place all ingredients in a bowl.
* Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
* Mix gently and season with salt and pepper.
