Turkey & pepper stew

Ingredients:
* Turkey fillet – 200 g
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Onion – 1/4 pc. (30 g)
* Cream 30% – 2 tbsp. (30 ml)
* Butter – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
* Sweet paprika – to taste
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Water – approx. 3 tbsp. (45 ml)

PREPARATION – POT:
* Dice the meat.
* Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika.
* Melt the butter in a pot.
* Sauté the onion for 1-2 minutes.
* Add the turkey and fry until lightly browned.
* Add the paprika and water.
* Simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes.
* Add the cream and cook for another 3 minutes.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Chop the meat, onion, and pepper.
* Mix with the butter and spices.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
* After removing, add the cream and mix thoroughly. Mix.
