Turkey meatballs in dill sauce

**INGREDIENTS:**

* Turkey mince – 150 g
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Cream 30% – 30 ml
* Dill – 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper – to taste
* Water – approx. 100 ml

Β **PREPARATION – POT:**

* Mix the meat with the egg, salt and pepper.
* Form small meatballs.
* Bring water to a boil in a pot.
* Add the meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes.
* Add the cream and dill.
* Cook for another 3–4 minutes over low heat.

**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**

* Form the meatballs and lightly spray with olive oil.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180Β°C for 10–12 minutes.
* In a saucepan, heat the cream with dill and 3–4 tablespoons of water.
* Add the meatballs to the sauce and heat for 2–3 minutes.
