Turkey meatballs in dill sauce
**Dinner β’ Meat β’ up to 30 min β’ Pot β’ Airfryer**
Sugar-free β’ Gluten-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Turkey mince β 150 g
* Egg β 1 pc. (60 g)
* Cream 30% β 30 ml
* Dill β 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper β to taste
* Water β approx. 100 ml
Β **PREPARATION β POT:**
* Mix the meat with the egg, salt and pepper.
* Form small meatballs.
* Bring water to a boil in a pot.
* Add the meatballs and cook for 8β10 minutes.
* Add the cream and dill.
* Cook for another 3β4 minutes over low heat.
**PREPARATION β AIRFRYER:**
* Form the meatballs and lightly spray with olive oil.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180Β°C for 10β12 minutes.
* In a saucepan, heat the cream with dill and 3β4 tablespoons of water.
* Add the meatballs to the sauce and heat for 2β3 minutes.
