Turkey meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients:
* Ground turkey meat – 200 g
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Cream 30% – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Onion – 1/4 pc. (30 g)
* Tomato passata – 100 ml
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Dried basil – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Transfer minced meat into a bowl.
* Add the egg, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
* Form 5-6 small meatballs.
* Fry the meatballs in a hot pan until lightly browned.
* Add the finely chopped onion.
* Pour in the tomato passata and add the basil.
* Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes over low heat.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Place the formed meatballs in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180Β°C for 14 minutes.
* Heat the tomato sauce separately and pour over the meatballs after baking.
