Turkey with vegetables in cream

**INGREDIENTS:**
* Turkey fillet – 200 g
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Onion – 1/2 pc. (60 g)
* Cream – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Clarified butter – 10 g
**PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:**
* Cut the meat and vegetables into strips.
* Heat a frying pan with butter.
* Fry the turkey until lightly browned.
* Add the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
* Add the cream and season.
* Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
**PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**
* Mix the meat with the vegetables and spices.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* Stir after 6 minutes.
* Add the cream and bake for another 5 minutes.
