Ingredients:
* Turnip – 1 medium piece (approx. 180 g)
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Sweet paprika – a pinch

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Peel the turnip and cut into thin fries.
* Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
* Place in the airfryer basket in one layer.
* Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 200°C (convection).
* Spread the turnip fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
